Job Description

Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) in Rheumatology to evaluate, treat, and manage patients in clinics in Bend and Redmond, OR.

Responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, administering medications, performing procedures like ultrasound and DXA scans, and providing patient education. The role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, maintaining documentation, and ensuring quality patient care aligned with evidence-based practices.

Requires prior Rheumatology experience, licensure, certification (NCCPA or AANC), DEA registration, and active privileges. Minimum of 2 years’ outpatient and hospital Rheumatology practice preferred, with some EMR experience.

Work schedule is full-time (minimum 40 hours/week), with shared call responsibilities. The position offers comprehensive benefits, a salary range of $149,085–$159,486, and requires relocation to Bend, OR. Providers must maintain ongoing CME, licensure, and certifications to support clinical excellence and compliance.
