We are seeking a dedicated RN to join the Surgical Care Unit (Medsurg B) on the 11th Floor in San Antonio, TX.
Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to surgical patients throughout their recovery.
Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and monitor vital signs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families on post-operative care and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to infection control protocols.
