Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker-A (LCSW-A) to join our team, providing psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and case management services to diverse populations, including children, families, and individuals with developmental disabilities.

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based outpatient therapy using modalities like cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic therapy.
  • Utilize motivational interviewing and facilitate crisis interventions for clients in acute distress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
  • Engage in professional development and, when needed, provide home and community services.

    • Requirements include an MSW, current LCSW-A licensure, experience with psychotherapy (preferably with children and families), familiarity with EMR, and knowledge of medical coding and documentation. Prior hospital or clinical experience and crisis management skills are advantageous. This full- or part-time role offers $28-$30/hour with benefits, including a 401(k).
