Job Description
The Clinical Therapist provides trauma-informed crisis intervention and counseling to adult and child survivors of sexual assault and abuse.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering therapy sessions, maintaining clinical records, facilitating support groups, and engaging with community partners for referrals and education.
They also assist with case management, crisis response, and community outreach activities.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field, licensure, and at least 3 years of counseling experience. The role requires trauma-informed skills, crisis intervention expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
