Job Description

This full-time RN Charge Nurse position at a clinic in Thermal, CA, requires an active California RN license, an associate degree (BSN preferred), and BLS certification.

Supervises nursing staff, manages clinic operations, and ensures compliance with healthcare regulations.

Maintains efficient patient flow, provides triage, patient education, and supports clinical functions.

Communicates effectively with staff and leadership, oversees documentation, and ensures confidentiality.

Participates in performance improvement and community health events.

Works variable hours, including evenings and weekends, and may float to other clinics within the system.
