Job Description
Maple Mountain Mental Health and Wellness is seeking a full-time primary therapist for their trauma-focused residential treatment center in Mapleton, UT.
Licensed clinicians (LCSW, CMHC, LFMT, or Associate license) with experience in individual, family, and group therapy preferred. Knowledge of CBT, interest in art, music, recreation therapy, attachment issues, and complex trauma. Warm personality, strong boundaries, excellent communication, and emotional regulation skills. Responsibilities include monitoring client progress, assessing symptoms of trauma, mental health, and substance abuse, and maintaining timely documentation. Must have a valid driver’s license, pass background checks, and be willing to work weekends, on-call shifts, and 40 hours/week.
