Offering a $7,500 Sign-On Bonus (restrictions apply).

  • CDL Rear Load Drivers service customers by collecting waste/recycling and hauling to disposal sites, requiring truck operation skills.
  • Responsibilities include safe truck operation, emptying containers, delivering and replacing receptacles, cleaning spills, updating logs, and conducting inspections.
  • Must perform repetitive lifting of 40-50 pounds, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and maneuver trucks in congested areas.
  • Skills required: map reading, physical stamina, driving skills, truck mechanics knowledge, effective communication.
  • Qualifications: valid Class B CDL, DOT Medical Card, 19+ years old, clean driving record, ability to work flexible hours, pass pre-employment tests, and speak English.
  • Preferred: waste industry experience; Education: high school diploma or GED.
