Practice Overview

• You’ll join a 49-bed general acute care hospital with recently renovated patient and provider spaces
• Work alongside a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers
• See a wide range of primary care cases with consistent referrals from neighboring hospitals
• Practice in a setting designed with both efficiency and physician comfort in mind

Schedule

• Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a half-day off each week
• Rotating Saturday call with low frequency and minimal weekend disruption
• Outpatient-focused schedule with no inpatient rounding required
• Built-in flexibility to support work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base of $250,000 for two years
• $25,0000 with additional call pay
• $75,000 in student loan repayment and a $25,000 sign-on bonus
• 40 days of annual leave for vacation and CME, plus a full benefits package
