Per Diem Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a Substance Use Disorder facility in Indiana.

Provide medical and psychiatric assessments, medication management, including MAT, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate with the treatment team and educate patients on recovery and wellness.

Maintain documentation and ensure quality care in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications: Valid Indiana NP license, Board Certification (Family, Adult-Gerontology, or Psychiatric preferred), DEA license or willingness to obtain, and experience in behavioral health or addiction medicine is preferred.

Schedule & Compensation: Flexible per diem shifts with competitive pay ($91,280.69 – $109,929.43/year).
