Seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for in-home assessments in Montgomery, AL.
Start ASAP, ongoing, with a 2-week contract. Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, 5–8 assessments daily. Perform health evaluations, vitals, lab screenings, medication reviews, and fecal kit distribution. Geriatric patients, 5–8 patients per day. Must be available at least two full days per week, including one weekday; weekend-only not accepted. Flexible scheduling, travel/lodging benefits, and tiered pay per assessment.
