Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

Our small family practice clinic in Salem is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for part-time or full-time work.

Enjoy a relaxed, supportive environment with fewer patient visits per day, allowing more time to connect with patients.

Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, with potential future evening hours.

Provide comprehensive care, including preventive, women’s, men’s health, and management of acute and chronic conditions, serving children and adults.

Responsibilities include patient evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration with a team.

Qualifications: Oregon Nurse Practitioner license with prescriptive privileges, national certification, DEA license, and at least 1 year of experience.
