Seeking a board-certified and licensed Primary Care Physician to join a growing team at a skilled nursing facility in Lebanon, Tennessee.

The position is during the week, offering flexible options for Part Time (minimum of 3 full days) or Full Time.

Pay: $260,000 – $325,000 annually
