Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor – Evening Group Counselor

Job Description

We are seeking a *Minnesota-licensed LADC* to provide clinical services for adults at our Brainerd location, including group and individual therapy, assessments, and treatment planning. This full-time role offers a signing bonus of $5,000, split half at 90 days and half at 1 year, with a salary range of $60,000-$80,000 annually.

Responsibilities include maintaining 245G-compliant documentation, ensuring positive client outcomes, and participating in community outreach.

Qualifications:

Licensed as an LADC in MN

Experience with co-occurring disorders and community-based programming

Proficient in 12 core functions of alcohol and drug counseling

Strong conflict resolution skills

Must have been substance-free for 2+ years

Successful DHS background check

Preferred:

2+ years of counseling experience with co-occurring disorders

Current CPR certification

Work schedule includes evening group sessions (Mon, Tue, Thu 1:30-9:30 PM) and daytime hours (Wed, Fri 8:00 AM-4:30 PM). Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, and a retirement plan.
