Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor – Evening Group Counselor

Job Description

Seeking a Minnesota-licensed LADC for full-time clinical services in Brainerd, MN, offering a $5,000 signing bonus (
1/2 at 90 days, 1/2 at 1 year).

• Provide in-person group and individual therapy for adults, developing individualized treatment plans and conducting assessments.
• Maintain 245G-compliant documentation and ensure client safety and positive outcomes.
• Participate in community outreach and represent the agency professionally.

Qualifications include experience with co-occurring disorders, proficiency in core counseling functions, and a clean substance use record for at least two years. Preferred candidates have 2+ years of experience and CPR certification. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (1:30-9:30 PM) and Wednesday, Friday (8:00 AM-4:30 PM).
