Job Description
Provides leadership and supervision for a team of professional and nonprofessional staff, ensuring quality patient care and effective team management.
Collaborates with management and community agencies to develop and implement services.
Oversees staff scheduling, caseload management, and compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and billing regulations.
Participates in staff hiring, orientation, training, and performance evaluations.
Facilitates team meetings, clinical education, and quality improvement initiatives.
Acts as backup in the absence of the Clinical Director and assists with staffing coverage.
Promotes professional behavior, maintains confidentiality, and adheres to policies and compliance standards.
Performs clinical duties as appropriate and supports agency objectives.
