Job Description
Seeking a full-time Clinical Therapist to provide trauma-informed crisis intervention and therapy for adult and child survivors of sexual assault and abuse.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapy sessions, maintaining clinical records, facilitating support groups, and engaging community partners.
The role involves case management, crisis response, and community outreach activities, with some travel required.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or psychology, licensure or certification, and at least 3 years of counseling experience preferred.
Must complete required trainings, including crisis intervention and HIPAA compliance, and maintain ongoing education.
Proficiency in trauma assessment tools, crisis intervention, and technology is essential.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are needed, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
Availability for on-call shifts and travel within the service area is required.
