Job Description

Seeking a full-time Clinical Therapist to provide trauma-informed crisis intervention and therapy for adult and child survivors of sexual assault and abuse.

  • Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapy sessions, maintaining clinical records, facilitating support groups, and engaging community partners.
  • The role involves case management, crisis response, and community outreach activities, with some travel required.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or psychology, licensure or certification, and at least 3 years of counseling experience preferred.
  • Must complete required trainings, including crisis intervention and HIPAA compliance, and maintain ongoing education.
  • Proficiency in trauma assessment tools, crisis intervention, and technology is essential.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are needed, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Availability for on-call shifts and travel within the service area is required.
