Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Resident in Counseling or LPC to provide clinical interventions and assessments in school-based mental health programs.
Create and facilitate group, individual, and family interventions across multiple sites.
Perform intakes, annual assessments, and develop Individual Service Plans.
Manage an outpatient caseload and provide ongoing client interventions.
Collaborate with staff on ISP strategies, offer feedback, and support quality assurance.
Prepare and submit pre-authorizations and documentation on time.
Support clients and guardians to ensure continuity of services.
Participate in training, supervision, and organization-wide initiatives.
