Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Resident in Counseling or LPC to provide clinical interventions and assessments in school-based mental health programs.

  • Create and facilitate group, individual, and family interventions across multiple sites.
  • Perform intakes, annual assessments, and develop Individual Service Plans.
  • Manage an outpatient caseload and provide ongoing client interventions.
  • Collaborate with staff on ISP strategies, offer feedback, and support quality assurance.
  • Prepare and submit pre-authorizations and documentation on time.
  • Support clients and guardians to ensure continuity of services.
  • Participate in training, supervision, and organization-wide initiatives.
