Job Description

We seek a qualified Resident in Counseling or LPC to provide clinical interventions and assessments within school-based mental health programs.

  • Create and facilitate individual, group, and family interventions across multiple sites.
  • Perform intakes, annual assessments, and develop Individual Service Plans.
  • Manage an outpatient caseload, conduct client and guardian meetings, and support quality assurance.
  • Provide guidance to staff on therapeutic strategies and collaborate on intervention planning.
  • Write and submit pre-authorizations and extended stay documents on time.
