Job Description

Seeking full-time licensed mental health therapists for outpatient services serving adults and children in Lexington, NC.

  • Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy using appropriate modalities.
  • Assess and diagnose behavioral health conditions, ensuring impartial service to diverse populations.
  • Complete all documentation promptly and adhere to clinical standards.
  • Requires a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field, and licensure as LCSW, LMHC, LCAS, LMFTA, or equivalent in North Carolina.

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, with a salary range of $50,000-$55,000 annually.
