Full-Time Licensed Clinician (Hybrid)

Job Description

We are a team of dedicated clinicians providing mental health and SUD services through telehealth, in-person, and hybrid formats, valuing a positive and innovative workplace environment.

We seek motivated therapists to offer direct therapy to teens and adults, with a preference for those experienced with diverse populations, trauma, and substance use. Candidates should be licensed in California, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and be comfortable with technology.

Responsibilities include booking a minimum of 26 hours weekly, maintaining clinical documentation, participating in supervision and training, and collaborating with treatment teams. Flexibility in scheduling, with options for weekend hours, is available.

Compensation ranges from $96,950 to $105,966+ annually, with benefits like health insurance, PTO, 401(k), tech stipend, and ongoing training.
