Seeking independently licensed clinicians to join a supportive private practice counseling team in Dover, OH.
Enjoy a hybrid work environment with in-office and telehealth options, and a 4-day, no-weekend workweek. Manageable caseloads with streamlined documentation and no productivity requirements. Full-time compensation ranges from $40,000 to $65,000, plus benefits such as PTO, health insurance, 401(k) matching, and a signing bonus. Requires a Master’s degree, independent licensure (LPCC, LISW, LMFT, LPC, LSW, or MFT), at least two years of clinical experience, and comfort with diverse treatment modalities including CBT. Additional experience with children, adolescents, adults, and faith-based counseling preferred. Primary responsibilities include providing therapy, conducting assessments, and collaborating on treatment plans in a supportive environment with full administrative backing.
