This role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office and telehealth work, a 4-day week, manageable caseloads, and no productivity requirements. Full-time compensation ranges from $40,000 to $65,000, with benefits including a 401(k) match, health insurance, PTO, flexible hours, and professional development support. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a related field, be licensed or license-eligible in Ohio, and have at least two years of clinical experience.
