*Pohala Clinic, a well established Family Medicine practice in SE Portland, is seeking a compassionate and committed Family Nurse Practitioner to join our ‘Ohana’ (family). We deliver comprehensive, integrative care grounded in conventional medicine and enriched by Naturopathic, Anthroposophic, and Functional approaches. *What You’ll Do:*
*Provide full-spectrum primary care in an outpatient setting*
*Develop personalized, integrative treatment plans*
*Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions*
*Offer preventive care including screenings, immunizations, and education*
*Collaborate with other Primary Care Providers, NDs, Acupuncturists, and therapists*
*Participate in quality improvement initiatives and care team collaboration*
*Position Details:*
*Schedule: Preferably FT @ 32 patient-facing hours with + 8 admin hours dedicated/week*
*Patient Load: 16–18 patients per day*
*Setting: Primarily in-person; telehealth available*
*Clinic Hours: Monday– Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM*
*Employment Type: Employee, W-2*

*Who You Are:*
*Licensed MD, DO, or NP in Oregon (active & unencumbered)*
*Board-certified or board-eligible in Family or Internal Medicine*
*Experienced in outpatient care (pediatrics a plus)*
*Knowledge in areas such as Medical Coding, Cardiology, or Respiratory Therapy is welcome*
*Compassionate communicator committed to holistic, patient-centered care*

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $135,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
