*Pohala Clinic, a well established Family Medicine practice in SE Portland, is seeking a compassionate and committed Family Nurse Practitioner to join our ‘Ohana’ (family). We deliver comprehensive, integrative care grounded in conventional medicine and enriched by Naturopathic, Anthroposophic, and Functional approaches. Our mission is to support whole-person wellness and foster long-term, trust-based patient relationships.*

*What You’ll Do:*

*Provide full-spectrum primary care in an outpatient setting*

*Develop personalized, integrative treatment plans*

*Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions*

*Offer preventive care including screenings, immunizations, and education*

*Collaborate with other Primary Care Providers, NDs, Acupuncturists, and therapists*

*Participate in quality improvement initiatives and care team collaboration*

*Position Details:*

*Schedule: Preferably FT @ 32 patient-facing hours with + 8 admin hours dedicated/week*

*Patient Load: 16–18 patients per day*

*Setting: Primarily in-person; telehealth available*

*Clinic Hours: Monday– Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM*

*Employment Type: Employee, W-2*

*Who You Are:*

*Licensed MD, DO, or NP in Oregon (active & unencumbered)*

*Board-certified or board-eligible in Family or Internal Medicine*

*Experienced in outpatient care (pediatrics a plus)*

*Knowledge in areas such as Medical Coding, Cardiology, or Respiratory Therapy is welcome*

*Compassionate communicator committed to holistic, patient-centered care*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
