Home-Based Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate *Home-Based Therapist* to provide in-home therapy for children, adolescents, and families in Bad Axe, Michigan.

Deliver clinical assessments, develop and monitor family service plans, and conduct regular home visits to support parenting, behavior management, and family relationships.

Maintain contact with families, collaborate with schools and community agencies, and provide crisis stabilization services during weekdays and on-call hours.

Document progress, advocate for families, and participate in program planning and community education.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology; Michigan licensure as a Social Worker, LPC, or Psychologist; minimum 2 years experience preferred; valid driver’s license; willingness to pursue Infant Mental Health endorsement.
