Job Description

Seeking a licensed Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Oregon to provide primary care services in a flexible, full-time or part-time role in Salem.


  • Perform comprehensive, problem-focused history-taking and physical exams in-office.
  • Interpret laboratory and diagnostic results, formulate differential and working diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans within scope of practice.
  • Exercise judgment on cases requiring consultation, referral, or supervision by a primary care physician.
