Job Description

Maxima Therapy Inc. is expanding its Speech Therapy Teams and seeks full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologists to provide services to children aged birth to 3 years.

  • The role involves flexible scheduling, offering 1:1 therapy sessions at clients’ homes or daycare centers, either remotely or in-person.
  • Responsibilities include parent education, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, developing treatment plans, and supervising SLPAs.
  • Requirements include a California SLP license, pediatric experience, reliable transportation, and compliance with immunization and certification standards.
  • Physical activity and safety precautions are necessary for in-person services.
  • Compensation includes up to $75/hour, mileage, drive time reimbursement, and benefits such as health insurance, 401K, paid time off, and CEU opportunities.
