Seeking a *PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN* for a three-month contract at a VA medical center in Canandaigua, NY, with potential extension.
Requirements include 3+ years of primary care experience, any state license, and EMR experience with CPRS. Workload involves managing 8-14 adult veteran patients per shift in a primary care setting without call duties. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The provider will be board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, utilizing the PACT model to deliver comprehensive primary care services, including management of common chronic and acute conditions. Compensation starts at $140/hour, with malpractice insurance and relocation assistance included. This position offers an in-person role supporting veteran health care in a patient-centered environment.
