Job Description

PCSG, a growing medical practice with six sites in Southwest GA, seeks full-time LCSWs to enhance its integrated care model, serving Blakely and Bainbridge patients.

Summary: The LCSW will conduct behavioral health assessments, provide onsite psychotherapy, build positive relationships with patients and families, and collaborate with medical staff for holistic treatment. They will also advocate for clients, refer to community resources, and deliver crisis intervention services. Maintaining strong partnerships with local agencies and coordinating care are essential.
