Job Description

This full-time LCSW position involves conducting behavioral health assessments, providing individual psychotherapy, and collaborating with medical staff to deliver holistic patient care.

Responsibilities include building positive relationships with patients and their support networks, advocating for serious mental health and substance abuse needs, and referring clients to community services.
The role requires crisis intervention, networking with local agencies, and maintaining ongoing communication with community partners.

The position is based in Blakely and Bainbridge, GA, with a hybrid schedule, Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts.
