Job Description

This full-time LCSW position involves conducting behavioral health assessments, providing individual psychotherapy, and collaborating with medical staff to deliver holistic patient care at two Georgia sites.

Essential duties include building positive relationships with patients and their support systems, advocating for those with mental health or substance abuse issues, and referring them to community resources.

Responsibilities also encompass crisis intervention, networking with social service agencies, and maintaining ongoing communication with community partners.
