Job Description

This position offers a bonus of up to $20k for experienced RNs and $10k for new graduates. The Clinical RN II manages individualized patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, planning and modifying care, performing treatments, and evaluating patient responses. The RN provides patient education, ensures safety, and maintains confidentiality. They supervise delegated tasks, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and may serve as a preceptor or charge nurse.

Qualifications include a diploma or associate degree in nursing, Virginia RN licensure, and at least one year of experience. Additional certifications like BLS and specialty-specific advanced life support are required based on unit standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, continuous learning, and delivering culturally sensitive, high-quality care.
