Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Resident Care Manager to oversee daily facility operations, ensuring a safe, compliant, and supportive environment for residents.

Manage overall operations, maintain healthcare standards, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Coordinate with nursing staff to deliver quality patient care and outpatient services.

Ensure HIPAA compliance to protect patient confidentiality.

Lead staff training and foster continuous improvement in patient services.

Collaborate with medical professionals in a Level I Trauma Center setting.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and operations.

Address resident concerns promptly to uphold a supportive living environment.

Requirements: Prior healthcare experience (Skilled Nursing Facility, hospital, ICU), strong knowledge of medical terminology, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. Must be able to work in person in Moscow, ID, and relocate if necessary.
