We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide primary care services in Fishers, Indiana.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and medical histories
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Perform physical exams, order and interpret tests
Educate patients on health management and prevention
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
Skills needed:
Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and patient rapport abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Licensure and certification in Indiana required
