Job Description
This full-time, exempt Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides mental health services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral/mental health disorders.
Conducts assessments and develops individualized, person-centered habilitation plans in compliance with regulations. Delivers evidence-based therapy, including individual and group interventions, and provides crisis intervention as needed. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, including QIDPs, BCBAs, and family members, to ensure integrated care. Maintains accurate documentation, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports staff training on mental health issues. Engages with clients’ families and guardians, provides follow-up care, and responds to emergency situations on an on-call basis. Requirements include a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, active LCSW license, minimum 2 years’ experience with individuals with disabilities, and ability to work in Enid, OK.
