Job Description

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides mental health services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral/mental health disorders.

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing person-centered habilitation plans, delivering individual and group therapy, providing crisis intervention, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. They also engage with families, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and support staff training.

Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, active LCSW licensure, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong assessment, therapy, and crisis management skills. Physical ability to handle movement demands and lifting up to 50 lbs. is required.

This full-time position offers a salary of $90,000-$110,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. Availability for day and night shifts in Enid, OK, and willingness to relocate are essential.
