Job Description

This full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides mental health services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral disorders.

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing person-centered habilitation plans, delivering individual and group therapy, providing crisis intervention, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

They will communicate progress to team members, support families and caregivers, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and offer staff training.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience, licensure as an LCSW, and skills in assessment, therapy, and crisis management.

Physical demands include mobility and lifting, with some on-call duties.

Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

The position is based in Enid, OK, requiring in-person work and relocation prior to start.
