Job Description
This full-time, exempt Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides mental health services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral disorders.
Conducts assessments and develops individualized, person-centered habilitation plans in compliance with regulations. Delivers evidence-based therapy, including individual and group interventions, and provides crisis intervention when needed. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, including QIDPs, BCBAs, and family members, to integrate mental health care into overall treatment plans. Ensures documentation meets regulatory standards and maintains accurate client records. Supports staff training, engages with families, and remains on call for emergencies. Requirements include a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, active LCSW licensure, minimum 2 years of relevant experience, and ability to work in Enid, OK.
