Job Description

This full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides mental health services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health disorders.

They assess, diagnose, and develop individualized, person-centered habilitation plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including therapy, crisis intervention, and progress communication.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering therapy, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting families, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role involves participation in team meetings, staff training, and on-call availability.
