Pain Management Physician (Fellowship-Trained)

Job Description

Coast Injury Medicine is seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Spine and Pain Medicine physician to join our outpatient clinics in Washington. The role involves seeing 12-16 patients daily, performing procedures such as injections, RFA, and PRP, but does not include opioid management or hospital rounds.

Offering Monday-Friday hours with full-time or part-time options, the position provides a competitive salary ($400,000–$450,000), industry-leading benefits, paid malpractice, and CME reimbursement.

Requirements include WA licensure and completed fellowship in Pain or Spine Medicine; BE/BC is a plus. The role is in-person in Renton, WA, with some travel preferred. Immediate hire is available.
