Job Description

Seeking a Speech & Language Pathologist (SLP) for a leading Home Health Care Agency in San Ramon, CA. This part-time or per diem role offers flexibility, with locations covering areas such as Fremont, Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, and surrounding cities.

  • Diagnose, treat, and prevent speech, voice, swallowing, and related disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to improve communication and swallowing abilities
  • Participate in case conferences and team meetings remotely
  • Enjoy independence with flexible scheduling and established support

Requirements include a valid CA SLP license, reliable transportation, CPR/BLS certification, and successful completion of Clinical Fellowship Year. Entry-level candidates and new grads are welcome.
