1099 MD, Initiating Patient Visits

Job Description

This contractor MD role focuses on establishing patient relationships for chronic care management services in various locations, including rural areas.

Key responsibilities include conducting approximately 375 clinical visits per month onsite and remotely, documenting encounters accurately, and providing daily progress reports.

Minimum requirements are an active MD/DO license, reliable transportation, strong clinical judgment, and familiarity with EHR systems.

The position offers a compensation of $10-15K monthly, mileage reimbursement, malpractice coverage, and is structured as a 1099 role.

Availability is needed between 8 and 14 days per month, with travel within 1-2 hours of the assigned region.
