Job Description

We seek a compassionate Nurse Practitioner for our wound care facility, focusing on complex wound management.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of wounds such as diabetic ulcers and pressure sores.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including debridement and adjunct therapies.

Educate patients and families on wound care, prevention, and nutrition.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Maintain accurate documentation in EHR systems.

Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives.

Provide follow-up care and adjust treatments as needed.

Skills: Clinical expertise, strong communication, EHR proficiency, teamwork, and continuous learning.
