Job Description

The Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) reports to the Director of Behavioral Health and provides comprehensive behavioral health services, including assessments, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and evidence-based counseling to patients.

  • Supports program expansion by developing policies, providing staff training, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
  • Maintains accurate documentation, manages patient care plans, and facilitates referrals to community resources.
  • Works flexibly, attends meetings, and ensures quality standards while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, current LPCC license in California, and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Bilingual skills are preferred.

  • Compensation ranges from $85,000-$90,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development. The role requires in-person work in Madera, CA, with relocation necessary before start.
