Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team, serving adolescent youth in a residential setting.

Provide individual, group, and family therapy to youth residents.

Diagnose and treat mental health disorders through comprehensive assessments and tailored treatment plans.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Develop therapeutic interventions promoting emotional regulation and behavioral change.

Maintain accurate documentation and provide crisis intervention when needed.

Build trusting relationships with clients and involve families as appropriate.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field; licensed or eligible in Oklahoma; experience with youth in residential settings preferred; strong clinical, communication, and crisis skills.

This full-time position offers a salary of $65,000-$78,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off. The role is in-person.
