Our clinics offer complete, convenient, prompt and personalized medical and cosmetic dermatological care. With clinic locations throughout Iowa, every Radiant Complexions Dermatology offers treatment for skin cancer, moles, rashes, psoriasis, acne, eczema and other skin conditions.
RCD is hiring a *Nurse Practitioner* for the *Marshalltown clinic*. We are looking for an individual who can work closely with clinic and organizations leadership to provide a quality patient experience.

In additional, we offer our Nurse Practitioners a three-month dermatology fellowship where you will receive hands-on training in several of our established clinics.

*Essential Functions and Responsibilities:* (include but not limited to)
* Care for dermatology patients of all ages.
* Deliver general dermatology treatments using established medical protocols.
* Record evaluations, chart notes, and billing documentation in a timely manner.
* Evaluate and assist in implementing treatment plans as based on patient needs.
* Consult and educate patients on procedures and recommend relevant products and services.
* Maintain effective communication with other providers as well as support staff regarding patient care plans.
* Master’s Degree in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice required.
* Nurse Practitioner experience preferred.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work as a team member and/or independently.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
