Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist (CF-SLP)

Job Description

We are hiring Speech Language Pathology Clinical Fellows at our new Rocky Hill campus, a private special needs school for children with Autism and neurological differences.

As a Clinical Fellow, you will receive mentorship, supervision, and support from an onsite licensed SLP, gaining experience to become fully licensed. The role involves implementing research-based therapy, collaborating with staff and families, preparing assessment reports, assisting with AAC devices, modeling therapy, attending team meetings, and providing parent training.

This full-time position offers a salary between $50,000 and $60,000 annually, with benefits including 401(k), health/dental insurance, paid time off, professional development, tuition reimbursement, and more. Successful candidates may be retained as full SLPs and eligible for renegotiated compensation.
