Job Description

This community-based behavioral health organization seeks a Clinical Therapist dedicated to providing unconditional care to diverse clients, promoting work-life balance, creativity, and professional growth.

The Clinical Therapist, supervised by the Clinical Director, will perform psychosocial assessments, care coordination, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and individual, group, or family therapy. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and may lead mental health or substance use initiatives.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Up to 2 years of experience in behavioral health with adults experiencing SMI/SUD/COD
  • NM licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, LMSW, LMHC, LPAT)
  • Knowledge of community resources
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems and data management
  • Valid NM driver’s license, clean record, auto insurance
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
