Job Description

We are hiring a PRN Licensed Speech Language Pathologist, ideal for a partially retired SLP seeking flexible work.

Responsibilities include assessing and evaluating patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, and developing treatment plans following regulatory and clinical standards.

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary therapy interventions.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and document progress comprehensively.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and care team members to coordinate care.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding patient progress and challenges.
• Chart accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining good body mechanics at all times.
• Must hold a valid license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
