Seeking a full-time Attending Physician in Vermont to oversee primary care in skilled nursing facilities.

  • Provide comprehensive medical management, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, and collaborate with a support team including NPs or PAs.
  • Conduct patient rounds, discuss treatment plans, and ensure accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Require board certification, experience in primary and long-term care, and strong leadership skills.
