Job Description

Seeking a Board-Certified Attending Physician for a contract role in Vermont, overseeing primary care for residents in skilled nursing facilities.

Provide comprehensive medical management, conduct patient rounds, and collaborate with NPs and PAs.

Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, oversee ongoing conditions, and discuss treatment plans with residents and families.

Maintain accurate records and coordinate with healthcare teams to deliver holistic care.

Requirements: Experience in primary and long-term care, strong leadership skills, and ability to mentor staff.
